An acute injury or pain that is getting worse should not wait for an opening date. See your GP, or a physiotherapist or chiropractor who can see you this week. Tell us on the form and we will help you find someone.

Anything with loss of bladder or bowel control, sudden severe weakness in a limb, or pain following significant trauma is an emergency department, not an appointment.

Does registering book me an appointment?

No. It puts you on the list we work through first when the diary opens. We will contact you to arrange an actual time, and you are free to say no then.

What does it cost to register?

Nothing. There is no deposit, no card details and no obligation. Consultation fees will be published before opening.

What if I need to see someone before you open?

Say so on the form and we will point you toward someone who can see you now. Waiting several weeks is the wrong answer for an acute problem, and we would rather tell you that than take the registration.

What happens to my details?

They are used to contact you about opening and about booking, and for nothing else. They are not sold, not shared and not added to a marketing list. The privacy policy sets out how information is handled and how to ask for it to be deleted.
