Services
Six things get used here, in whatever combination the assessment points to. Nobody gets a package off a menu.
Northern Beaches Chiropractic in Currambine offers chiropractic care, dry needling, soft tissue therapy, exercise rehabilitation, sports chiropractic, and movement and mobility rehabilitation. Which are used depends on what the initial assessment shows.
Assessment and hands-on care for spinal and joint pain, paired with the movement work that keeps it from coming back.
Fine needles into specific muscle tissue to settle tension and irritability, used as part of a plan rather than a standalone fix.
Hands-on work through muscle and fascia to reduce tension, restore glide and make movement feel less guarded.
Progressive loading that rebuilds capacity in the area that failed, so it handles what you ask of it again.
Injury assessment, hands-on care and return-to-sport loading for gym-goers, runners, golfers and club athletes.
Assessment of how you actually move, then targeted work to restore range you can control and use.
Almost nobody needs one thing in isolation. A typical plan starts with assessment and hands-on care to settle an irritable area, adds needling or soft tissue work where the tissue is not letting go, and moves toward loading as soon as the area will tolerate it.
The shift toward loading is deliberate. Hands-on treatment changes how something feels; loading changes what it can do. One of those reduces how often you need to come back.
If your presentation turns out to sit outside a chiropractor’s scope, you will be told and pointed toward the right professional rather than treated anyway.
